1.1. These terms and conditions (hereinafter – Terms) set out the terms and conditions by which we – Starsl (hereinafter – Service Provider or Starsl) offer to use our services.
1.2. Service Provider provides video game enhancement software services (hereinafter – Services).

1.4. These Terms regulate the rights of the customer and Service Provider, mutual obligations between them, provision of Services, price of Services, payment procedures, liability of the Parties, and other related terms.
2.1. After the acceptance of these Terms (after getting acquainted with the Terms and ticking the box “I accept the T.O.S & Privacy Policy”), these Terms become a binding legal document establishing mutual obligations and rights of the customer and Service Provider (hereinafter – Parties).
2.2. Service Provider has the right to change, amend, or supplement these Terms at any time, considering the requirements established by legal acts, the scope of provided services, and other circumstances. We reserve the right to change these Terms of Services at any time, without notification or otherwise. It is your responsibility to be aware of any changes.
2.3. By accepting these Terms, the Customer confirms that he/she meets the requirements set in paragraph 1.3 of these Terms.
2.4. Before using Services, the customer should verify whether game companies allow the use of similar services while playing their game(s) or not and use Services only when the use of such services is allowed. The customer takes all responsibility for the possible negative consequences of being a user of the Services, such as suspension or termination of their accounts, banned accounts or IP addresses, fines, or more. Customers are free to choose whether to use the Services or not while playing video games.
2.5. The customer acknowledges and understands that the product status displayed may not reflect the actual live status due to the dynamic and evolving nature of the product and anticheat(s). Our platform relies on user reports, data retrieved about user account standing and frequency to determine the product status, and while we strive to ensure accuracy, we cannot guarantee the completeness or correctness of the information displayed. The status displayed is only a reflection of the information available to us 'at the moment' and is subject to change without prior notice. The customer agrees to indemnify us against any losses, damages, or liabilities arising from any inaccuracies or errors in the product status displayed on our platform.
2.6. The customer must not use virtual/cloud machines to use the Service. Failure to comply will lead to a termination of the Service.
2.7. The customer must not reverse engineer the Service or launch programs aimed at such tasks. Failure to comply will lead to a termination of the Service.
2.8. The customer must not purchase and/or distribute license keys/subscriptions with the intent of reselling without Service Provider consent. Failure to comply will lead to immediate termination of any and all accounts associated.
2.9. The customer must not purchase accounts or license keys/subscriptions from non-authorized third parties. Failure to comply will lead to immediate termination of any and all accounts associated.
3.1. As provided in paragraph 1.2 of these Terms, Service Provider provides video game enhancement software services.
3.2. The Services are provided to the customer only after paying the subscription price for the selected period of Services.
3.3. The customer can choose between two Service subscription plans – Monthly and Quarterly plans. Service Provider has the right to create new subscription plans without updating these Terms. Service Provider must clearly indicate how new subscription plans differ from the other plans and specify the price of such subscription plan(s).
3.4. After the end of the selected period of Services, the customer will no longer be able to use Services. If the customer would like to continue using Services, he/she will have to purchase a new subscription plan.
3.5. Services are created to be used with specific video games, specified in their description pages, and will not work (or will not work properly) with other video games. Descriptions of Services are stored in the section “Products”.
4.1. The customer pays the Service Provider a price that depends on the selected subscription plan and chosen video game. The price for each plan and each video game is displayed before making a purchase.
4.2. The Service Provider has the right to change prices and apply discounts. Changed prices and discounts apply only to purchases made after the price change or applied discount.
5.1. The customer has the rights related to the protection of his personal data, provided in GDPR. In order to exercise his rights in the field of data protection, the customer should contact the Service Provider via e-mail at starslreselling@gmail.com. Please note that these rights may be subject to conditions and exceptions provided in GDPR or other laws.
5.2. By accepting these Terms, the customer agrees and acknowledges that he will not have the right to withdraw from these Terms. These Terms are also considered as a digital service agreement made between Service Provider and the customer.
5.3. When using our website and Services, the customer undertakes to comply with these Terms, other terms specified on this website, and applicable laws.
5.4. The customer undertakes to fully familiarize himself with the requirements needed to use the Service.
5.5. The customer undertakes not to disclose his login details or other information that would allow third parties to use Services in the customer’s name. If the customer loses his login details or discloses them to third parties, he must immediately inform the Service Provider about that or risk losing rights to use the Service.
5.6. The customer undertakes not to have any ill-intentions for the safety of the Service. This is determined through many factors and if suspected, the Service will be terminated. Details of suspension WILL NOT BE REVEALED to maintain the security of our system. If this is a first and a non-gross offense (which will be determined on a case-by-case basis), your purchase may be refunded. If bought through a reseller, their Refund policy applies. Any subsequent attempts to evade this decision will result in automatic termination with no refund.
5.7. The customer undertakes not to sell his account to any third parties or attempt to circumvent the hardware-id lock on his account.
5.8. Other applicable laws may provide other rights and obligations to the customer, which are not provided in these Terms.
6.1. The Service Provider has the right to suspend or terminate any available functions of Services, add new functionalities, or otherwise improve services.
6.2. The Service Provider has the right to change the scope of Services, additionally monetize separate features of the Services, or disable separate features of Services.
6.3. The Service Provider has the right to terminate services without explanation to protect our and other users' interests.
6.4. The Service Provider has the right to issue refunds under his own discretion. Refunded customers MUST have explicit consent by the Service provider to purchase the Service again. If explicit consent is not given, banned customers must assume they are permanently not welcome to use the Service and the Service will get terminated without compensation, also known as 'ban evasion'. The Service is offered 'as is' at the time of sale.
6.5. Service Provider undertakes to ensure appropriate level of security of customers personal data and to process customer’s personal data in accordance with Privacy Policy for customers. Please note, that Service Provider has the right to change Privacy Policy for customers at any time. It is your responsibility to be aware of any changes.
6.6. Other applicable laws may provide other rights and obligations to the service provider. which are not provided in these Terms.
7.1 Customer takes all the responsibility for any negative consequences of using the services, such as suspension or termination of their accounts (including banned IP addresses or the other identifiers), fines, etc. Service Provider does not take any responsibility for how customers use Services.
7.2. Customer is responsible for his actions when using the Website and Services. Customer accepts responsibility for the consequences arising from the inaccurate data provided, as well as for the implementation or non-implementation of the recommendations provided by the Service Provider.
7.3. Customer is responsible for not disclosing his login details to third parties and for safety of such information. If third parties connect to the Website or uses Services using customer’s login details, Service Provider considers such person to be the customer and the customer is responsible for all actions of actions performed by such third party.
7.5. Customer is responsible for purchasing subscriptions from this website or affiliated vendors. Purchasing from illegal vendors, especially when the subscriptions are bought through fraudulent means, will lead to a termination of the Service PERMANENTLY on all current and new accounts.
7.6. Service Provider, as long as it does not contradict to any laws, is released from any liability when customer suffers any loss due to the failure to read these Terms, Privacy Policy or other documents, provided in Starsl.xyz website.
8.1. Customer shall send all notices and questions to the Service Provider via e-mail specified in these Terms. General purpose questions should be asked through our ticket system.
8.2. All notices sent by e-mail are considered to be delivered in writing.
9.1. By utilizing Service Provider, you explicitly consent to monitoring by Service Provider, its affiliates, and authorized third parties. This monitoring encompasses tracking your activities, interactions, and communications within the platform.
9.2. Purpose of Monitoring: The monitoring activities are conducted to ensure the security, integrity, and proper functioning of the Service, including but not limited to:
9.3. Types of Information Monitored: Monitored information may include, without limitation, user-generated content, interactions, usage patterns, and any other data necessary for the aforementioned purposes.
9.4. Data Handling and Privacy: Service Provider will handle any data collected during monitoring in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your information as outlined in the Privacy Policy.
9.5. Termination of Monitoring: You may cease using the Service at any time; however, termination of your use does not necessarily mean an immediate cessation of monitoring. Service Provider reserves the right to continue monitoring for a reasonable duration after termination to ensure compliance with the TOS.
9.6. By continuing to use the Service, you expressly consent to the monitoring activities described in this clause.
10.1. The delivery of license keys and subscriptions is managed by the Gosth team.
10.2. The Gosth team is responsible for delivering the keys in the shortest period possible.
10.3. Starsl is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of subscriptions as they are delivered manually by the Gosth team.
